The Jade Pavilion
The Jade Pavilion is a premium tea cake brand positioned for the luxury gifting market. Founded in Malaysia, built for a buyer who knows the difference between tea that's sold and tea that's savored.

Challenge
China's finest teas have centuries of story behind them. The challenge was honoring that depth without drowning in it, creating a brand for the luxury gifting market that felt culturally rooted but never dated. In a space where packaging often overshadows the tea itself, The Jade Pavilion needed to let the tea lead.

Approach
The brand drew its language from the imagery of a pavilion — a place where tea is not consumed, but experienced. Stillness, ritual, the unhurried passage of a pour. The mark was built around that idea: a geometric form referencing both architecture and the natural world, sitting above the Chinese name "茶境阁" with quiet authority. Color stayed close to the leaf, deep forest greens, muted naturals, tones that speak of shade and soil. Stationery and print collateral were designed with the same intent: every touchpoint a reminder that what is inside the box has been grown, harvested, and selected with care.

Outcome
Delivered a complete brand identity system in 2 weeks — including a 30-page brand guidelines deck, logo and mark suite, full stationery set (business card, envelope, letterhead, and invoice), and one flyer design. The client had a clear vision but needed someone to give it form, and walked away with an identity that matched the quality of the tea inside the box. A brand built to sit comfortably in the luxury gifting market from day one.
