BleuBricks
A social media content system for BleuBricks — a Singapore property consultancy that needed to look less like an agency and more like a brand.

Challenge
Property consultancies all look the same on social. Same blue gradients, same stock photography, same listing formats that blend into the feed before anyone stops to look. BleuBricks had a brand worth showing, they just didn't have a system to show it consistently. Every post was starting from scratch, and it showed.

Approach
The brief was simple: build something the team could actually use without a designer in the room every time. Eight content categories were identified, new launches, resale listings, condo and landed formats, agent introductions, sold announcements, educational posts, and brand storytelling, each given its own visual language. Consistent enough to feel like a brand. Flexible enough to work across every post type without looking templated. Typography-led layouts, a restrained color palette, and photography direction that moved away from generic real estate imagery and toward something with actual presence.

Outcome
Delivered 35 modular templates across 8 content categories in 2 weeks. The client launched a consistent posting schedule within days of handoff, no redesigns, no follow-up revisions. Engagement improved within the first month of consistent posting. BleuBricks went from posting sporadically to showing up every week with content that looked like it came from a brand, not a template library.
